This is the first time we have met Hadley. She is so squishy. She is only 2 months old, can you believe it? I think she looks almost exactly like her sister, Sesaly, escept Sesaly is lacking the cheeks. Cute girls.

Close to Celeste and Stewart's house is the best hill for sledding. The kids were really good sports, but to be honest, I don't think they especially enjoyed it. Still, as long as they weren't crying, we were all having fun!

This is Misha. She is possibly going to be the newest member of our family. She is a pretty good little dog. I have never been a fan of poodles, but she is really tolerant of the kids and loves me. If we get a dog, it will definitely be her. Dallas always had a pet growing up, and I am thinking it might be good for the kids. What do you all think? I am worried it is almost like having another kid, and I don't know if I like her that much.

All the kids love helping Grandpa with the chores here, but Penelope loves it the most. She loves scooping big armfuls of hay for the horses. It is so beautiful here with all of the snow and mountains.

We left Arizona early last Saturday morning. Much of our trip was looking at the 'open' Native American stands. The kids were honestly so good pretty much the whole way. We have dec ided it is easier to make the trip all in one day.

I love my kids so much. Sometimes I have to go and peak in on them after they are asleep to remind myself how sweet they are. I mean, they are cute when they are awake, and all, but today has just been one of those days, you know. Too much Christmas candy, I guess.

We asked Santa if there was any way he could come to our house early for us this year because we are going to be in Utah for Christmas, and since the kids have been so good this year, he did. So, this morning, first thing I hear is Sophie yelling, "Penny, come look at this!" I run out of my room to find wrapping paper, candy wrappers, and toys scattered about the room. Obviously I forgot to tell the kids to wake us up before they opened all the presents. They must have been super quiet, because Dallas and I didn't hear anything! We helped them find one more toy behind the Christmas tree, but I didn't even get a good picture of them opening it. Oh, well, they had a great time and are loving all their new toys.

Here are a few of Sophie's poses. I have to say, Sophie has something going with the head tilt. I may start using it for my pictures. Today was a sort of crazy day for me, and I sadly started yelling at the kids because they just wouldn't pick up. Sophie said, "Mom, you gotta be nice to your kids. You are grouchy. Do you know why you are grouchy? It is because you are doing bad things to us kids. Just calm down and be nice, okay?" I promise I don't abuse my kids.
